Park Permit Application -
To use a City Park for an event such as a birthday party, family reunion, et cetera a Park Permit Application must be completed in the SMARTGOV Community Portal.  Click here to enter portal

Permit Application -
To obtain a permit for new installation or repairs for plumbing, mechanical (Heating & Air Conditioning), building, or electrical, or demolition of a structure a Permit Application must be completed and submitted on the SMARTGOV Community Portal.  Click here to enter portal.

***CONTRACTORS MUST FIRST REGISTER AND UPLOAD LICENSE AND INSURANCE INFORMATION BEFORE APPLYING FOR PERMITS***

Application for Utility Services -
To obtain water, sewer, gas and trash service an Application for Utility Service must be completed and submitted to a Customer Service Representative. If the residence or business has gas service, the Gas Service Notice must also be completed and returned. If you would like your monthly utility bill to be automatically drafted from your account please complete the Authorization for Utility Bill ACH form. A deposit for services as follows will also be required at the time the application is submitted:

 

  • Residential
    • Water - $45
    • Gas - $100
    • Garbage - $30
    • Sewer - $25
  • Commercial
    • Water - $45
    • Gas - $100
    • Garbage - $100
    • Sewer - $25

Dog License Application -
All dogs that are kept within city limits are required to have and wear a City Tag. These tags can be purchased at the local veterinary clinics or at City Hall. Register your dog in the SMARTGOV Community Portal.  Click here to enter portal.
