Employee Grievance Committee
The Employee Grievance Committee was created by the Personnel Policies and Procedures adopted by ordinance in 1988.

Appointments are made on a rotating basis. Historically they have been one-year appointments.

The Committee is to meet within 15 days of the receipt of an appeal that has been made in compliance with the grievance procedure.
