Martin Williams is a retired vocational agriculture teacher and guidance counselor.  He has served at Columbus Independent School District 17 years as a vocational agriculture teacher and 13 years as a guidance counselor.  

Martin is a graduate of J.A. Greene High School in Schulenburg, Texas.  He is also a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a B.S. and M.S. in Agriculture Education and certification in guidance and counseling.  

Martin is actively involved in community activities in the Columbus community.  He is currently serving as pastor of Scruggs United Methodist Church in Edna, Texas and Oakman United Methodist Church in Ganado, Texas.
