Retired Vice President-Operations Alamo Concrete Products Ltd. and Alamo Cement Ltd.  Active consultant and certified Professional Engineer.  

Graduate of Columbus High School and Texas A&M University with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering.  Graduate of Lone Star Institute.  Served in the Air Force as a Captain, past chairman of the Texas Aggregate and Concrete Association.  Member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, member of the Knights of Columbus #2971.  Former temporary director of the Post Oak Groundwater Conservation District.  

He and his wife of over 43 years, Jo Ann, have three children, Susan, Nancy, William and five grandchildren.
