Local painting contractor DeWayne Kotrla has served the City of Columbus as a Place 5 Councilman since his swearing in to office in 1996.
A Columbus resident of over twenty five years, he has also served the City through his involvement as a member of the Board of Directors and President of Catholic Life Insurance Branch 92, Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus #2971, and Past School Board Member of St. Anthony's Catholic School.
He and his wife of over twenty five years, Connie, have four children: Brad, Ashley, Whitney, and Taylor.
