Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the governing body of the City of Columbus, Texas will be held on

Monday, April 17, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.

in the Council Chambers on the second floor at City Hall, 605 Spring Street, Columbus, Texas,

at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to wit:

Call to Order.

Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation.

Citizen presentations and comments.

Consideration and action on proposed Interlocal Amendment Agreement, Amending a Prior Agreement dated March 25, 2002 between the City and County Regulating Subdivisions in the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction."

 

Adjourn to Executive Session for the Adjourn to Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Personnel Matters Pursuant to the Provisions of the  Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Code Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in Chapter 551.074.

Return to Open Session for the Purpose of Taking Action Relative to the Executive Session in Reference to Personnel Matters.

Consideration and Action to approve a Budget Amendment for the purchase of a Microphone System for Council Chambers.
